Important Note
The developer has not completed the development commitments which were promised while selling the sites and not even handed over the maintenance with a pending development corpus to RWA. So currently RWA is unable to handle the maintenance of the layout which is still being pursued with the developer to take over and looking forward for residents to support RWA.
Also,
1) Its come to the notice of ATRWA that Multiple legal are being reported and handled with developer and site owners, So Association (ATRWA) is not responsible for any legal issues.
2) Since the maintenance handover and Amenities promised is yet to be completed, the Association has filed a RERA complaint vide 01624/2023 and we are pursuing the matter with relevant office for further action.

3) ATRWA has passed a construction guideline by tabling in the AGM of 2022, which was passed also by the members for implementation and adherence of all the guidelines by getting all the necessary approvals from the authorities.
4) No bore wells to be dug ,no PITS to be dug on the roads, No Trees cutting Allowed on the road and No 10 Wheeler Allowed. Failing to comply with these above ATRWA has full authority to report to the concerned authorities.
5) ATRWA is not responsible when any site owner pays the maintenance to the developer in spite of so many issues which is unresolved and not completed.
6) ATRWA does not have any formal agreement with the Developer so far as the maintenance of Asha layout is concerned .
*ATTENTION*
1. Tree cutting is not permitted on the layout streets or the main roads. "SAVE TREES"
2. Bore wells are not allowed without prior approval from the concerned authorities. "SAVE WATER"
3. Pits are not permitted on the roads and should be done inside the site. "SAVE SOIL"
4. Heavy vehicles with more than 6 wheels are not permitted inside the layout.
5. For all construction of houses, owners must obtain an NOC from ATRWA before commencement of work and follow the Construction Guidelines.
6. Pet owners must take full responsibility for their pets and cannot leave them unattended.
7. Maintain the speed limit inside the layout up to 30 KMPH. "ROAD SAFETY".
